This is a poem I wrote along with my listeners on a live podcast. Each verse has been written by a different person and have been arranged in the order they were sent to me.

I remember the time
Many years ago,
When I would hold your hand with mine,
As I tried to walk beside you,
But my small steps would eventually
Leave me a little behind,
You would stop and give me a smile,
Crouching down to my height,
Telling me that everything was fine.

I remember how you helped me ride my tricycle,
I remember you helping me spell words,
I remember you being with me,
I still remember not being able to express any of that to you till date!           - Major

You are my best friend,
You are my partner in crime,
You are my wellwisher,
You are my protector,
And you are my life.
You are my hope,
So many roles,
Yet;
My only constant.
My Amma.

You forget so my things
But 
You never forget to say
'' If you are happy

Once upon a memory,
Someone wiped away a tear,
Woke me up and walked me outdoors,
Then I saw it l, she stood so near,

My first best friend,
You've taught me the difference between good and bad, sometimes with a tap on head sometimes with the solace in your lap.

Coarsened and stiffened through time,
As you molded me from just clay,

This was written live during the podcast on the occasion of mother's day by my awesome listeners!

I cannot express to the gratitude I feel after witnessing so many people coming together to write this. It is overwhelming and amazing at the same time. 

I'm my heart, I hope be able to host many such events that bring people together in such a creative way!
