I heard a sound today.
A sound that made,
Time lose track of its time.
A sound that drowned,
The human sounds,
That surround my
Tiny office cubicle,
From within which
I silently write this.
A play on words
As I try to explain,
How exactly,
I got hurt.
I heard a sound today I said,
A sound that I know very well,
A sound I know nothing about,
A sound I wish to hear until I can hear no more,
And a sound I wish I had never heard.
Today my dear;
I heard you laugh.
